Earth & Turf Landscape, Inc. was founded in Rockland
County, NY in 1988. Neal Elkin, President and Founder, received his education at the State University
of New York at Cobleskill and his advance education at Syracuse University School of Forestry, Syracuse NY. With
his landscape design and horticulture degree and 25 years of experience he can create custom landscape drawings
that set him apart from the the local "grass cutters". Our company specializes in landscape
design, installation and landscape maintenance.
